I was always enamored by her strength, femininity, and sexual magnetism.
Fiery, and heart always forward first, her passion for life was intoxicating and could barely be kept at bay.

This is the second photo from this young artist that I saw upon discovering her work.
This image, which has cinematic overtones, is a powerful and evocative story in the making.
Hoogveld has an uncanny eye for strong composition and mystery, created both in the unusual sidelighting and the texturing of water droplets in front of her subject, seen through a semi-transparent shower curtain.
One can't be sure looking at the subject's extended hand, is it raised in protest, or is it welcoming the viewer inside?
